If you're a recruitment consultant, please note that I've abandoned small business and "gone corporate"... Much to my pleasure. If you're also a recruitment consultant that hasn't had an email from me recently, it's because I don't think much of you, or the "service" you have provided in the past. I've had the unfortunate displeasure of talking to some real idiots in recruitment, but luckily for me I've found a fantastic agency that actually read my CV, haven't spammed me with irrelevant jobs that aren't even in my industry field, and haven't sent me to interviews for roles that don't exist.
